Quantitative Aptitude Test (QAT) is an online entrance test for Bachelor's and Master's program in Actuarial and Quantitative finance. It is conducted by Institute of Actuarial and Quantitative Studies (IAQS) to ensure that the students of all backgrounds and streams are at par with no biases in the admission process.
Passing this examination is mandatory for admission in any of the mentioned courses (BSc or MSc in Actuarial and Quantitative Finance) unless you have cleared ACET Actuarial Common Entrance test) / any Actuarial paper held by Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) & Institute and faculty of Actuaries (IFoA).
The test will be conducted online every Saturday starting from 25th May 2019. The student needs to register for QAT - Quantitative Aptitude Test and only then the student can appear for the same. The score will be available in the student login immediately after appearing for QAT. After appearing for QAT (irrespective of the result), the student is eligible for the personal interview.
Note: the student is eligible to reserve their seat before appearing for QAT by paying an amount of 20,000, which is refundable in case he/she does not successfully pass the evaluation rounds.
